PRODUCT REVIEW
In my initial water cooling design I used the Black Ice Micro II. It simply couldn't keep up with the heat generated from an Athlon 64 Winchester 3000+ at 2.6ghz + a bridge chip and 6800U. Talk about the difference between night and day when I swapped to

Product: DD-CPX-Pro 12V Pump

Review: Very quiet when raised off the mounting surface with adhesive foam or gel pads. I have mine stuck to the side of a radical sandwhich in open air and i cant hear it at all from a few feet away.

Product: Danger Den Single 5 1/4" Bay Reservoir

Review: I've been using this reservoir for about 3 months now, and have had no problems. The fittings are mounted a bit too high in my opinion, so the reservoir has to be completely full to avoid sucking air back into the system. Aside from that, construction quality seems to be quite solid, and the optional LED's (I used the green ones with a pulsing circuit) add a very cool touch.

Product: DD-4870-X2 Water Block

Review: Very impressed with the quality of components as well as the speed of delivery. Dropped my idle from 83C to 32C (ATI had the fan speed rediculously slow) and load from 86C to 43C. I would recommend this block to anyone sporting a 4870x2. Thanks DD!

Product: MC-TDX for Intel 775 CPU/Boards

Review: Great waterblock, but isn't the best DangerDen block for quad cores. That said, it's still cools the CPU far better than anything else on the market outside of DD. Kept my Q9550 @ 3.8Gigz (2.8 stock) @ around 45c idle, 60c under full load max heat generation over a period of about an hour (using Prime95). Which is impressive. The mounting kit is a bit of a pain, but understandably so.

Product: Danger Den Dual 5 1/4" Bay Reservoir

Review: Bought and use this with a custom kit courtesy from DD in an Antec 1200 case. Looks great with the optional LED's and holds a nice amount of liquid. I'm using UV reactive blue coolant, with UV cold cathode lights in the case and 1/2 in tubing. Keeps an Overclocked AMD Athlon X2 5000+ nice and frosty, had the setup in an Antec 900, the move from the first case to the new one wasn't hard either. I recommend anything from DangerDen, as quality and workmanship is superb!

Review: I bought 4 of these to replace a couple of the older high flow barbs and they are fantastic. The O-ring capture seal keeps the O ring from herniating under uneven pressure or to my direct down force. I am replacing all of my barb with the asap!

Product: DD-4870 Water Block

Review: Does this water block make the card a single slot? I know that on some of the Nvidea cards, water cooling makes them a single slot and the water block comes with a single slot shield to switch out with the double slot shield. Does any one know? **DD** Yes it does!

Product: DD-4870-X2 Water Block

Review: Just installed this on my HIS 4870x2 yesterday . Dropped my idle temps by a whopping 50c now idles at 33c and load down to 42c from 90c using Furmark. Instructions where easy to understand and it mounted properly with no mods. I am very happy that I purchased this gpu block , it really tamed the beast that is the 4870x2 :) It may not look as nice as some other brands but it works awesome. Higly recommend to anybody looking to wc their 4870x2.

Product: DD-4870-X2 Water Block

Review: Super craftsmanship and fits nice on the card. The screws that go thru the backing plate to the copper block are to short. i ended up striping the first few threads on a few holes. So i had to get some 3/8 long ones from the hardware store. they need to ship longer ones, the holes are deep enough and have enough thread for 3/8 screws. other then that i had to reuse some of the thermal pad from the stock cooler, the kit was just a little short. THIS THING ROCKS< keeps the card nice and cool.

Product: Eheim 1250

Review: I've been using my 1250 in my WC system for over three years 24/7/365 now with out a hitch. The reason I went with Eheim in the first place my experience with their pumps in a MUCH harsher environment: reef aquariums. Due to a very corrosive (salt water) and abrasive (VERY high TDS due to additives for the corals) environment, lesser pumps just don't last. Eheims DO last.

Product: TFC Xtender 120mm Radiator Shroud

Review: I purchased 4 of these for my Torture Rack case. They look awsome lit up. They do quiet the fan noise down noticably. Included with the shrould is a vibration sleeve. It's a great deal. The included mounting screws are to short for 120x38mm fans. Thanks DD for offering this product. A must buy for the Quiet PC WC build. This product works great, and the included LED's and vibration sleeve makes it a reasonable priced product.

Product: DD-29XT Water Block

Review: love the block works very very well, my card used to run between 57 and 60 degrees celsius at an idle before. now i have barely managed to get it over 60 celsius and have it overclocked 60% , at idle keeps a nice 48 celsius. useing it with a cpx-pro pumb adn old 3/8th thermaltake rad and waterbock, hopefully soon to be DD products as well. my only complaint is the small alan head screws used to connect it , not an easy size to find maybe a standard star head would work easier. overall i say 9.5 out of 10

Product: Danger Den Single 5 1/4" Bay Reservoir

Review: Have been using this unit for 1.5 years now in my custom setup. No problems what so ever. I mounted it in my case at a slight angle with nozzles at lowest point to minimize chance of water bubbles getting into the outgoing nozzle. The slight sound of water flowing is relaxing and lets me know that the pump is functioning properly. I run the D5 (setting 4) with a CPU, Chipset and GPU water blocks in the loop. I also use Fluid XP+ blood red color. Great product Danger Den!

Product: IONE for NVIDIA G92 GT and GTS

Review: They say that these larger blocks are less efficient than the smaller blocks combined with ramsinks, but even if that is the case this thing does a wonderful job! I do recommend that if you move your pc around, like in a car, you be very careful about bumps in the road - this thing is heavy, and it could very well damage your pci slot.

Product: DD12V-D5 Pump Variable Speed by Laing

Review: This pump is very nice! Powerfull and quiet. My only gripe is connections style - it's molded for 1/2" ID tube only and you can't change it, unlike other pumps where you can screw in different fittings. I found that between speed setting of 3 and 5 there is 2 C degree improvement. But having on 5 water makes noise while running through my reservour, I think the noise might go away if I top reservour completely.

Product: Acetal Top MAZE4-1GPU Peltier Version

Review: I bought a couple, two years ago. They were $25 a piece then, Damn copper prices. I have Gforce 5500 cards. The block bolted on fine but one of the card's capacitors it in the way. I fixed the problem by grinding a notch in the copper plate, just enough to fit it. I sent full pictures of the issue to DD. They may have redesigned it by now. They keep my cards cool but beware, these things are monsters that take up a whole card slot themselves.

Product: MCT-40 Non-Conductive Solution

Review: I've been running the same bottle's worth for two years now and it still goes good. I have yet to have any algea or junk form and that was my biggest concern. I too noticed it's very greesy and leaved one hell of a residue but how often do you plan on spilling it? Normally, no way would I pay $22 for just a quart of anti-freeze but my PC is my baby and I don't want any problems, especially with conductivity.

Product: Thermochill PA120.2

Review: This is really the king of radiators as far as I'm concerned. It's also one of the most expensive. However for superior cooling it's worth every penny. It's one of those one time payments for something that should last for many years. I've been using mine in a loop with a 8800GTX, 680i Northbridge Chipset Block and a Maze5 CPU Block. At first I was weary that it couldn't keep up but now that I look back I feel silly. Make sure you measure first! I made some rough measurements before I bought it and ended up having to stick it on the back of my case because it's so large. It doesn't look bad at all though and I don't think I could have gotten away with using the PA120.1. Excellent radiator so far.

Product: MAZE5CPU with Brass Top

Review: I bought this block about 9 months ago for my Intel Q6600. It works great and it was easy to put together. I really like the mounting method using long threaded pins where you can adjust the pressure of the block appropriately. The only thing I noticed was that the temp readings show that the second and last core are always cooler. Only by about 3°C-4°C. However it could also be the way the CPU's are designed. Either way it's a nice block that fits snug.
